Água de Coco is a beachwear brand from Ceará that works with women’s, men’s and children’s fashion as well as accessories and home decor. Created by designer Liana Thomás in 1985. The designer started the brand alone with only a sewing machine in her living room, today Água de Coco has stores throughout the world.
Its first show at SPFW was in 2001.
The brand remains faithful to its Ceará roots until today, despite constantly portraying different themes for its collections. In 2016, the international model Isabeli Fontana asked the brand to produce a haute couture beachwear dress for her wedding.
